Anne Marie Lofaso is the Arthur B. Hodges Professor of Law at West Virginia University College of Law, where she teaches labor law, employment law, jurisprudence, constitutional law, and related seminars. Prof. Lofaso has a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford, England, where she was a Fulbright Scholar.; a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law; and her A.B. from Harvard University, where she studied History and Science, focusing on Modern British and American History, Biology, and Biological Anthropology. Professor Lofaso, a prolific scholar in the field of labor and employment law, has published over three dozen article, three textbooks, two labor law treatises, and numerous other types of publications. Professor Lofaso is a member of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. She is regularly quoted in Law360 and Bloomberg News.
